Introduction

Hi! I'm Kim. I'm a Christian woman, wife of a minister for the past 24 years, mother to four amazing children ages 8-20, homemaker, part time autism consultant, post graduate student (getting a certification in autism), and scrapbooker. Over the past couple of years, I have been heavily involved in creating a children's Bible class curriculum, developing a teacher's resource room at church, and training other children's Bible class teachers. This past summer, I went on my first mission trip to Ica, Peru with Latin American missions. I really hope that I can go on more trips in the future. I have taught children with autism and multiple disabilities in a public school for the last 5 years, but have now quit full time work outside the home. I will work a few days next semester as a consultant for our school district. This year, (and maybe beyond), I am wanting to learn more about photography, blogging, making rag quilts, using my new Cricut machine, and making a new family cookbook complete with photographs and stories about the foods.

Any of the above mentioned hobbies and interests may find their way into my posts. I'd like to include all areas of family life, homemaking, hobbies, and Christian living. Hopefully this will be of interest and helpful. Email me with any suggestions or questions.
